My name is Mark! I am the founder and lead coach for 121 Fitness! I am a Sport and Exercise Science practitioner with over a decade of coaching experience. Your online personal training programme is delivered via Google Sheets and includes:

Programmes are updated based on performance data and feedback, not generic templates.
12-week programmes are delivered in 3 progressive phases:
P1 - Foundation & assessment

Nutrition Coaching Support
